A Letter from Our Founder

From the Game to a Greater Purpose

For years, sports were a major part of my identity. I had the opportunity to compete at the Division I football level, and I learned the discipline, sacrifice, and commitment that come with being a college athlete.

Then everything changed.

After multiple concussions, I was medically disqualified from continuing to play football. The path I had planned was suddenly gone, and I wasn't prepared for how difficult that transition would be.

Athletes are taught to train, compete, and prepare for the next game. Too few are taught how to prepare for the moment the game ends. Finding my direction meant learning how the same work ethic could carry me into the rest of my life.

That experience is why I founded Modern Moments Legacy Foundation.

Why We're Building This Foundation

Guidance. Every young adult deserves someone who can help them see a future bigger than one season, one sport, or one setback.

Real-world preparation. We want young adults to leave school and sports ready to plan for education, work, and money with confidence.

An invitation. We are at the beginning. I invite donors, sponsors, and community partners to help us launch these programs and turn this vision into opportunity.
